Esther Porro, the creator of Neuma, is a young chef full of passion, energy and a clear vision.
From an early age, he saw cooking as a way to connect with people through gastronomic experiences.
His journey has not been the traditional one: he has traveled and worked in kitchens around the world, from Switzerland and Austria to several restaurants in Spain, learning from each culture and taking those lessons to his own creations.
In each destination, it has enriched its culinary experience in multiple ways: techniques, flavors, and above all, stories. And now, with Neuma, he wants to share the best of that trip with small groups of people who appreciate the authentic and the exclusive.
His cuisine merges tradition with innovation, always respecting the ingredient and seeking to surprise with every bite.
